Terrible app, working from home and am meant to answer calls to our office from the app but when phone rings on my mobile there is no way to answer as the screen with answer call does not pop up. This did work a couple of months ago. Mitel please put on a fix as soon as possible
Terrible app from a large company like Mitel. They should be embarrassed about how poorly it works. The app only works when it is open and your phone is unlocked making it unreliable and basically useless for incoming calls. The app is "free" but the licensing for the backend was not cheap... very disappointed.
Junk
Very bad implementation. Can't answer from lock screen. App forces closes multiple times. No option to silence incoming call without unlocking phone, opening app, then rejecting call.
I have to use this daily for work and I hate it. It crashes CONSTANTLY. I'm always losing conversations with customers. Junk.
Did you get the cleaner to write an app for you?
Great idea but poor implementation. When calls come in they don't appear on lock screen so you have to unlock phone and fire up app - by which time usually already gone to voicemail. Calls don't work over bluetooth, calls will drop if incoming mobile call. Please update asap to address some or all of these issues - users with iPhones seem to have fewer issues.
